President: Corrie MacDonald

Born and raised in the Warman area, Corrie was an enthusiastic member of the Skating Warman throughout her childhood. Her love for figure skating shone through as she embraced the sport’s challenges, even if her spirited approach and love of fun occasionally tested her coaches’ patience.

Years later, as a busy mother of four and an Emergency Department professional, Corrie rekindled her connection to skating when she enrolled her youngest daughter, Avery in lessons at age 14. Watching Avery develop a passion for skating inspired Corrie to deepen her involvement with the Warman Osler Skating Club.

Now with Avery in her third year with the club, Corrie is excited to serve as the Pesident. She brings a wealth of experience from over 10 years on the Warman Minor Soccer Association board, where she held roles from Coach Coordinator to President. Over the past 15 or so years, she has coached soccer for ages U5 to U18, refereed, and championed the importance of parent volunteers in fostering kids’ success in sports.

With her organizational skills, community spirit, and dedication to helping young athletes thrive, Corrie is eager to contribute to the skating club’s growth and success.

Treasurer: Cassandra Touet

Hello, I am Cassandra Touet, this year’s treasurer (with the help of my husband Kyle). This is my 3rd year on the WOSC board, previously I was a member at large. We have 3 daughters skating in the club this year. I work as a clinical dietitian in Saskatoon.

I grew up skating/coaching and continue to skate on a synchronized skating team in Martensville.

Secretary: Katelyn Dyck

Hi, I am Katelyn Dyck. We have lived in Warman for 11 years and love the community here. I have two girls that have been involved in the Warman Osler Skating club for the past 2 years. I grew up skating and I am excited to pass that enjoyment down to my daughters.

This will be my second year as part of the board and being the Can Skate Parent Representative. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Fundraising Chairperson: Charlene Watson

My name is Charlene Watson, I am the Fundraising Chair. This will be my second year in this role. I work as an accounting clerk for Buckwold Western.

My family has lived in Warman for nine years and we have been with Skate Warman club for five years. My daughter and I both enjoy this fun and welcoming club.

Looking forward to another successful skating year.
